Saintsport, a town built by good intentions now ruined by bad intent.

As an outsider, it is difficult to understand how such a state of un-lawlessness could be allowed to continue on Stros M’Kai, especially in a Kingdom making a bid in Covenant for the Ruby Throne.  I suspect these Sea Drakes and Bloody Fists, seemingly the worst of the pirates of the Abecean Sea, are tolerated by the King as necessary evil.  I guess no Redguard crown can stand long without the advocacy of the privateers and pirates that haunt the coasts of Hammerfell.
